2010 Silent Art Auction - at the MAC Arts Centre ~ Oct 12 to 30th, 2010
Mission Arts Council presents INVESTING IN THE ARTS – Silent Auction showcasing some of their local artists. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to support the Arts Council and to purchase a piece of art. SILENT AUCTION is open Tuesday to Saturday 1 to 4 pm, Oct 12 to 30, 2010. Go in, bid and then go back to see if you need to bid again.

The Silent Art Auction Committee is asking you kindly for donations. Any ready 2d and 3d art pieces are welcome.

2009 Mission- Oyama House Post Project ~ April 2009 - Oct 2009. The House Post has arrived in Japan and was revealed by Oyama's mayor. Read about this exciting ongoing project in a slideshow by clicking here. Nancy will report on the project in a gathering at the gallery or at the Leisure Centre. Date to be announced.

Annual Blooming Marvelous - Garden Art and Plant Sale ~ coming April, 2011 from 9:00am to 4:00pm on our grounds.
Come to the Mission Arts Centre for your opportunity to buy hanging baskets, planters, geraniums, strawberry plants and herbs. Pick up your order on event day and check out the great Garden Art works on display. There's something for everyone at the Mission Art Centre!

2011 ArteScapes ~ Coming April 2011 - In conjunction with B.C. Arts & Culture Week.  In partnership with Mission School District #75 and local preschools, this annual exhibition is an opportunity for children aged 4 – 13 years to show their work publicly in a gallery setting.

Music At The MAC ~ coming Wednesday's 2010 starting October

Come and join us for an exciting new series of acoustic music in the gallery of the Mission Arts Centre on the last Wednesday of every month.

Our concert is taking a little summer break, we'll be back soon! Please check the website for updates.

2010 Children’s Festival Medieval Faire at Heritage Park ~ coming June, 2011 - One of the highlights of the Mission Arts Council year and a great kick-off to summer, this day is fun filled for children and the young-art-heart. Music, dance, juggling, games, numerous art workstations, bouncy balloon and more guarantee smiles and laughter all around.
