Ania Kyte

My name is Ania Kyte, and as you can see, I love glass beads! I enjoy creating functional lampwork artglass beads and jewellery designs. Each bead is individually hand-crafted by me in a torch flame, and represents a tiny object of wearable art.

I use fine, colourful glass from Italy (Moretti & Vetrofond), Germany (Laucha), and Japan (Satake).

Although lampwork beads are as fragile as any glass item, I anneal my beads in a digitally-controlled kiln for strength and longevity. I hope to bring years of pleasure to everyone who owns my beads and jewelry!
